When we started working for Immo Top Invest, the agency was rather “premature” on social media. Their Facebook and Instagram profiles did exist, but well… with that, everything’s said! There was a lot of content to share though, and from the owners’ side, we noticed great motivation to tell their story online. What a good way to kick off! Since real estate, housing, interior, moving and everything around those is so interesting and shareable, we simply couldn’t wait to take this realtor’s online presence to the next level - and beyond!
Immo Top Invest’s target audience consists of two groups: the buyers, and the sellers. Furthermore, the agency particularly focusses on Hasselt and its surroundings, which makes the audience very specific concerning location. It is thus our challenge to create interesting content for both people who are looking for a new home and people who are selling one, without boring one of these two groups. Bring it on!
Facebook, Instagram and a tailor-made blog: that’s what our approach for Immo Top Invest looks like. On a monthly base, we create varied content calendars, which are always different for Facebook and Instagram. Each and every social media channel asks for a different approach, right? We try to keep our calendars as dynamic as possible by adding different topics - from serious facts to funny and personal posts. We use our blogposts to share tips, vacancies, interviews with employees, … and make sure they’re perfectly supplementary to our social content. And with that, Immo Top Invest is not just a top runner in real estate - they’re putting themselves out there, offline and online!
